Lisa is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is the former owner/executive chef of Montori & Co., Inc., a restaurant and catering business.

For over 25 years Lisa has successfully used her extensive organizational, managerial and creative cooking skills in serving her clients throughout Western Massachusetts.
